After recharging your batteries by relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches on our island, your thoughts will turn to how you will let your hair down in the evening. We encourage you to have fun in one of the local cafes or clubs. They may not pulsate to the club rhythms of the world’s major cities, but they do have something you will not find anywhere else in the world - the relaxed atmosphere of the Mediterranean lifestyle, with its unique atmosphere and good times. Try to learn some Croatian songs, even if you can’t sing! Even if you can’t find a dance floor, just dance anyway – because anything is allowed on our island during the summer. Relax and enjoy life with us!
Parties, with or without a reason for celebrating, make for the most entertaining of evenings – especially when the whole village, whether it’s Betina, Jezera, Murter or Tisno moves to the rhythm of the music. On these occasions even the crickets dance! We drink bevande (wine with water) we bought from Grandma Mare, or even some homemade Rakija (local Brandy) from Uncle Šime – which is just as good as any of the well-known cocktails being sold at our bars and terraces.
